Onboarding

Induction Training

Your Agent Success Coach will take you through an intensive 5-day online training programme, giving you everything you need to launch your business.

CELA Certification

After the induction training, you are ready to start your formal Level 3 Certificate for Estate and Lettings Agents (CELA)

How Much Does It Cost?

The Auction Experts model is a cost-effective opportunity for those wishing to build their own business.

National Advertising Fund

A National Advertising Committee, made up of Auction Experts, will decide how this fund is invested on behalf of the agents. For example, 400 completions per month will generate £10,000 to be spent on a national campaign to help generate market appraisals and raise brand awareness. A contribution of £25 by one agent could result in them benefiting from £10,000s worth of advertising.

The Experts Foundation

It is important that we give back to society and the communities in which we live and work. For each transaction, £25 will be donated to The Experts Foundation. This donation will be matched by the company, so a total of £50 per transaction will go to good causes. Each year the money will be distributed to nominated charities that help advance the education, health, and welfare of children and young people.
